Shipping policy

Tingari Arts freights unstretched art (rolled) free of charge within Australia.

For international rolled art freight Tingari Arts will obtain quotes from FedEx for the buyer.

For stretched art and artefacts we can arrange quotes for buyers with TNT (FedX), Pack & Send and StarTrack.

Hopefully, when the fuel and freight prices return to pre March 2026 prices Tingari Arts can again offer FOC freight for unstretched art internationally.

Any required insurance is the buyer’s responsibility and an additional cost.

International buyers please note you may be required to pay customs, duty and port charges in the country where the art is delivered. Enquiries and any subsequent charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

If at any time an error occurs in the system and an item shows with no price or a $0 price, this item is identified as a no-listed price item (and not an offer to sell) and you are required to submit a request for the price (and shipping where applicable) to purchase.

Most paintings are unstretched - additional framing cost on a stretcher frame are the responsibility of the buyer.

All measurements specified for each artwork are approximate.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
